Before Your Eyes Inspired Mocktail
In searching for the ways in which to make something worthy of pairing with a game I consider to be one of the best, I landed on this mocktail. Taking into account the flavors in which Kenneth Shepard fancied the most I crafted something both inspired by the game and for his indulgence. Celebrating the Life (of Benny) is the perfect marriage of an alcohol free excursion through the life flashing right before your eyes.
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon, squeezed
- 2-3 Strawberries
- 1/4 Banana
- 1oz Honey Syrup
- 5oz Sparkling Non-alcoholic Cider
- 2 Strawberry Pocky
To make Celebrating the Life (of Benny), take the lemon, strawberry, banana, and honey syrup and muddle these together. Add fresh ice and the sparkling cider to your shaker tin or mixing glass and stir to incorporate. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with two strawberry Pocky.
