A cocktail from the sky to add to your party of five.
Whether you’re reliving your childhood or teaming up with Mallow and Geno for the first time, you’re going to need something to accompany you on your quest to save the stars. This gin forward cocktail descended from Star Road alongside everyone’s favorite toy doll, Geno to aid you on your adventure.
To make Geno & Juice you’re going to need:
- 1/4 Fresh Lime, Squeezed
- 1.5oz London Dry Gin
- 3-5oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1oz of Blue Curaçao
- Lemon Peel x 2
You’re going to build this drink in your shaker tin. Fill shaker with fresh ice, add the fresh squeezed lime, London dry gin, and grapefruit juice. Short shake. Pour over fresh ice. Using a spoon, slowly pour the blue curaçao over the cocktail. Slowly peel down a lemon twice, roll the peel halfway and garnish on the rim of the glass. Enjoy responsibly.
For an alcohol free version of this drink, follow these steps:
- 1/2 Fresh Lime, Squeezed
- 5oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon, Squeezed
- Drop of blue food coloring (optional)
- Garnish with lemon peel
- (or to take the non-alc version up a notch, add an 1oz of alcohol free juniper syrup)
