Sega announced a trio of new Sonic related headlines during their SXSW panel this week. One of the reveals was for what most would deduce is the next game in their Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing series. The trailer shows different close up shots of a car and throughout the trailer you can hear the engine revving. The trailer closes out with a blacked out logo with the letter “R” in the word “racing” highlighted.
The last entry in the series, Transformed was not only well received but had people defending it as the premier kart racer in comparison to the typical mascot racing series king, Mario Kart. Expect to hear more about this entry in the series in the coming months with E3 encroaching. Watch the full tease below.
