Nintendo is building up a stellar line-up of eShop games with their indie developer support for the Switch. Today’s direct dedicated to Nindie titles was jam-packed with confirmation of rumored games, world premieres, and plenty of little gaming nuggets sure to entice everyone. It’s great to see that the Switch is going to see continued support throughout 2017 from Nintendo and it’s indie partners. The direct didn’t even touch on the indie titles that have already been announced and are being released on the Switch, at launch and throughout the year. Below is a list of what previously unannounced titles you can expect to see in the coming months to build out the Switch’s library of games.
March
- Blaster Master Zero (exclusive) [Switch, 3DS]
- Pocket Rumble (console exclusive)
April
- Mr. Shifty (timed exclusive)
- Shakedown Hawaii (timed exclusive)
- Graceful Explosion Machine (timed exclusive)
Spring
- Tumbleseed
Summer
- Steam World Dig 2
- Stardew Valley
- Dandara
Fall
- Runner 3 (exclusive)
Unspecified 2017
- Yooka-Laylee
- Flipping Death
- Wargroove
- Overcooked: Special Edition
- Escapists 2
- GoNNER (timed exclusive)

I was not expecting to see so many exclusive and timed exclusive titles. It’s nice to see Nintendo recognizing all of the indie talent that exists out there. Here’s hoping to see growing support throughout the life-span of the Switch.
