A drink on your lips for the apocalypse.
Demonschool transports you back to 1999 where martinis were flooding bars and people were afraid of their computers. Except this time there are also demons and you are hunting them to prevent the apocalypse. I wanted to craft something that was reminiscent of the cocktail scene in the real world late 90s while also tethering delicious flavors and the visual appeal of Demonschool.
To make a Demon Ritual you’ll need:
- 2oz Honey Gin
- .5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .5oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5oz Pomegranate Liqueur
- 1 Lime Wheel, sliced thin, garnish
You’re going to build this drink in your shaker tin. Squeeze .5oz of fresh lime, add the lime, grapefruit juice, pomegranate liqueur, and honey gin to your shaker tin over fresh ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Place a thinly sliced lime wheel in the center of the drink. Enjoy responsibly.
