Unearth an energizing and decadent espresso drink.
The team-based dinosaur shooter Exoprimal launches this week and aside from hopping into your favorite exosuit and partying up with pals you’re going to need something delicious and rewarding for celebrating your victories against the enemy team. Introducing Fossil Fuel, an espresso based martini that should serve as the perfect compliment for an evening of Dino Survival.
To make Fossil Fuel you’re going to need:
- 1 shot Espresso, fresh brewed
- 1oz Honey
- 1oz Coffee Liqueur
- 2oz Vodka
- 1oz Coconut Cream
- Crushed Graham Cracker
- Honey, for rim
- 1 Marshmallow
- Cinnamon
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and put 1oz of honey in your espresso cup, stirring in with the fresh espresso. Fill your shaker tin with fresh ice. Combine the espresso/honey, coffee liqueur, coconut cream, and vodka, into your shaker tin and shake vigorously. Apply honey to the rim of the glass, dip glass into crushed graham cracker to coat the rim, then strain your mixture into the glass. Garnish with 1 marshmallow and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy responsibly.
For an alcohol free version of this drink, follow these steps:
- 2 shots Espresso (or 4oz cold brew coffee)
- 1oz Honey
- 1oz Coconut Cream
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1oz creamer or dairy substitute creamer
- Crushed graham cracker
- Marshmallow
- Cinnamon
